Service Description

a wonderful selection of bread-making experiences! Here's a brief overview of each type of bread: Focaccia: Focaccia is a flavorful Italian bread that is known for its dimpled texture and topped with various ingredients like herbs, olive oil, and sometimes even vegetables. It's a versatile bread that can be enjoyed on its own, used as a sandwich bread, or served as an appetizer with dips. Rustic Farmhouse Loaf: A rustic farmhouse loaf is a traditional style of bread often associated with rustic, country-style baking. It typically has a crusty exterior and a soft, chewy interior. This type of bread is great for sandwiches, toast, or simply served with butter and jam. Soda Bread: Soda bread is a quick bread that uses baking soda as a leavening agent instead of yeast. It originated in Ireland and is made with simple ingredients like flour, baking soda, salt, and buttermilk. Soda bread has a dense texture and a slightly tangy flavor. It's usually served sliced and goes well with soups, stews, or enjoyed with butter and preserves. For each of these bread-making experiences, you'll learn different techniques and recipes. Focaccia involves making the dough, proofing it, and then shaping it into the desired form before topping it with delicious ingredients. Rustic farmhouse loaf usually requires a longer fermentation process and involves kneading, shaping, and baking the bread. Soda bread, being a quick bread, requires minimal kneading and is mixed and baked relatively quickly. Participating in these workshops will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in bread making, and you'll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor by savoring freshly baked bread at the end of each session. Have a great time and enjoy the wonderful world of bread making!
