Introducing our bespoke double decker bus that sleeps six! With air conditioning and heating, you'll be comfortable no matter the weather.

The fully fitted kitchen and inside/outside bathrooms make this the perfect home away from home.

Enjoy a drink at the bar, and rest easy in the two double bedrooms (one of which converts to two singles) don't forget the two bunk beds.
Take in the fabulous view from your own grassed area and park with ease in your own parking spot next to the bus.

Welcome to our fully fitted kitchen with all the you need for a comfortable stay.
Enjoy cooking with our induction hobs and combi cooker. Store your groceries in the undercounter fridge and freezer.. The adjustable height dining table can seat up to eight and easily converts to a coffee table. And don't forget to take in the stunning across to Dartmoor while you dine.

There,s also ad outdoor shower and toilet pod, if you prefer to stay indoors, we've got you covered with an indoor shower and toilet, all with on-demand hot water. Spoil yourself with the best of both worlds.
The Location
Welcombe Meadow is set in a small meadow with fantastic views across the Devon countryside. Based on Welcombe Farm, you can explore 27 acres, with woodland, a plantation and the Wobbly Bridge - built especially for the site. Although secluded and peaceful, the tents are only a five minute walk from the local village, with two great pubs and a terrific village shop.

With so many beaches, there's something for everybody.
Step out of the car onto the beach or walk a little further and explore a secret cove.

There's something for everyone to enjoy in North Devon, from RHS Rosemoor for the budding gardener to the Milky Way for the kids.
There are so many places to visit and things to do.

For the family, enjoy the attractions around the area, including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way.
If it's wet, try the Roller Arena or the Funderzone.
